TimeLive is a Web-based Time and billing software for timesheet automation, billing automation, expense management, employee attendance automation, project management and task management. Free downloadable and hosted (ASP) version. Both downloadable and hosted versions are free for 5 users. You are able to take care of the expense reporting too. Timesheet and the expense management is configurable. Most often the billing is done based on the work hours and actual expenses. Project management, task management and collaborative features are built-in so that you can get an overview in a quick glance. Billable and non billable expenses are reported separately. This includes overtime expenses too. The tool produces details and the audit trail necessary for compliance with the DCAA requirements.
Project managers and team leads get a personalized summary view. Email alerts make sure every stakeholder is well informed of the progress of the project or in case there are problems. Integration with Active Directory ensures all such stakeholders are accessible. The workflow ensures proper approval path. This is customizable to suit the needs of different organizations. Import and export of data through CSV allows further processing, if required, with your accounting packages. If you have project going on, not necessarily at the same location, this web based tool will let you stay on top of time used, expenses and overtime expenses along with up to the minute status of the project completion.
